Tanguy Bourhis

Tanguy Bourhis is a French figurative painter from Aix-en-Provence, now based in London. Shaped by an early immersion in art and a formative visit to the Palais de Tokyo in Paris at 17, Bourhis developed a practice rooted in observation, memory, and lived experience. Since moving from the outskirts of Marseille to London in 2013, his work has evolved through the influence of the city’s diverse communities, using painting as a way to capture moments of human focus and dedication. In 2026, Bourhis was commissioned to create the first-ever official artwork for the Guinness Men's Six Nations, marking a defining moment in the cultural history of the tournament.
