Every print sold by ODITI is "made to order", which means that it is specifically printed for you. Accordingly, we cannot accept refund or return requests and are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed.
If you would like to alter your order, please email orders@oditi.com as soon as possible with the requested changes, and we will try our best to fulfil your order accordingly.
On rare occasions, prints can be damaged during transit whilst in possession of our shipping partners. If your print arrives in a damaged or substandard condition, please email orders@oditi.com with images of the print within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your case has been reviewed and accepted, we will contact you to arrange a replacement.
