Born in Tokyo in 2000, BAKENEKO started his career in 2020 and quickly rose to prominence through street art and digital media. His vibrant, character-driven works fuse Japanese and American pop culture influences to confront themes of identity, anxiety, and mortality. Now based in Tokyo, he is expanding his international presence with exhibitions, collaborations, and projects across both digital and physical mediums.
